At CHILL YOUR LIFE, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can easily return it within 14 days of receiving it.

🔹 How to Return Your Order

2️⃣ Pack the Item: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
3️⃣ Ship the Package: We will provide you with a return address. Please send the package using a trackable shipping method.
4️⃣ Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

🔹 Return Conditions

✅ Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached).
✅ Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
✅ The buyer covers return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
✅ We do not accept returns on worn, damaged, or customized items.

🔹 Refunds & Exchanges

🔄 Exchanges: If you want a different size or color, place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
💳 Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after receiving your return.

🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@chillyourlife.com. We will replace the item at no extra cost.
